It allows you to study the buying habits of your customers, since everything will be done via the internet so you can easily collect the data about your customers and convert them into information. Thus, you will be able to create strategies that will meet the needs of your customers.

Since customers can make orders from the comfort of their apartments and have it delivered to their doorsteps. It will motivate them to buy from you, since they will not have to spend time on going to a place where purchases can be made. It helps them save on travelling time and travelling cost.
